Greetings everybody! Hope you had a fantastic Turkey Day and all that jazz. We’re thankful we can give you some sweet backbone cracking music this day after Thanksgiving at the one and only Maple Leaf in Nola! It’s our home base and we’re stoked after 17 days on the road to come home and rip it for all our peeps. How was the tour? Glad you asked. We couldn’t have been more thrilled with the turnout and response we got on the road. From funkin up the Kennedy Center in D.C. to bringing the heat in Boston, we ventured all over this great nation to spread the GOOD WORD! We’ll have a video and more extensive insight into the tour coming next week. So let’s celebrate tonight at the Maple Leaf! Show starts at 10pm with our good buddies in Elephant Skeleton kicking things off. Stay tuned for more goodness! P.S. Check out our performance from last Sunday at the Oak Street PoBoy Fest below:

Flow Tribe is taking their soul shaking mixture of funk, rock, jazz, and everything in between on the road in support of their freshly released self titled album, Flow Tribe. Recorded in the summer of 2011 at Dockside Studios with legendary producer John Snyder (Etta James, Soul Live) and acclaimed multi instrumentalist Bill Summers (Herbie Hancock, Headhunters, Los Hombres Calientes), Flow Tribe showcases the refined sound of a young band on the rise and is a great entry point into the heart of what makes Flow Tribe tick. Can’t wait to bring our show to a city near you. Tell your friends, tell ya mama, and bring yoself for some backbone crackin’ fun! This is our first tour of the Northeast and it’s gonna be a great one. See ya on the road!
